“I want to exercise, but I don’t know what is safe.”
Begin with a baseline conversation and a guided introduction instead of trying to build a routine alone.
INTEGRATED FITNESS · WELLNESS · LONGEVITY
A connected approach to strength, mobility and long-term wellness—with guidance that begins where you are and grows with what your body can do.
WHEN AN ORDINARY GYM DOESN’T FEEL LIKE ENOUGH
Start with the challenge—not a membership tier. We help identify an appropriate level of support, from guided fitness to future medically directed rehabilitation.
Begin with a baseline conversation and a guided introduction instead of trying to build a routine alone.
A senior-focused wellness pathway can emphasize steadiness, everyday function and gradual progression.
The right plan should respect medical history, current capacity and any guidance from your care team.
Future transition pathways are intended to connect prescribed rehabilitation with an ongoing wellness routine.
This information is educational. Appropriate activity depends on individual health, evaluation and professional guidance.
THREE DISTINCT PATHWAYS
These pathways are intentionally separate so members can understand who guides the experience, how it begins and what it is designed to accomplish.

01 · ACTIVE ADULTS
For adults—primarily ages 30 to 60—who want more structure than an ordinary gym membership and a thoughtful way to build strength, mobility and consistency.

02 · ADULTS 60+
A welcoming, lower-intimidation setting focused on maintaining strength, balance, mobility and independence through appropriately guided exercise.

03 · CLINICAL PATHWAY
A planned rehabilitation pathway for eligible cardiac, vascular, pain and musculoskeletal patients, delivered under the appropriate clinical structure.
ONE FACILITY · DISTINCT LEVELS OF CARE
Fitness, wellness and rehabilitation can complement one another, but they are not interchangeable.
THE LONGEVITY FOUNDATION
The Integrated model can connect guided movement with SARC XIST longevity services, so nutrition, recovery and wellness goals do not live in separate silos.

The planned clinic is envisioned for people who require more than general exercise: structured, medically appropriate rehabilitation with progress measured against a defined clinical goal.
Program availability, eligibility and coverage will depend on final clinical scope, provider orders and individual payer policies. No rehabilitation program is currently represented as active.

A CLEARER WAY TO BEGIN
A plan should begin with understanding—not assumptions about what you can or cannot do.
Share what feels harder today, what matters in daily life and what you hope movement will make possible.
